I'll second that. On the other hand, I need all the help I can get right now in the speed department, and it's the last puzzle we get that help on, so I'll take it. |

I'll cop to assuming the right edge as well. I think it only bought me about 10 seconds, but it's definitely a problem. |

I completely forgot about it while doing the puzzle, but the only place it would've helped I solved easily enough by seeing a region of 2s and assuming straight lines going back and forth through that area. |
