Two things:
First of all, your solution is not valid, and the puzzle worked fine for me. In fact, if you pause for a moment and look at it again, you should immediately see the fault in your solution. (Hint: Your solution contains more than one loop.)
Secondly, if you create a thread discussing a current weekly puzzle, please select the appropriate puzzle when creating the thread. Right now, you have basically posted a (albeit wrong) solution to a current weekly puzzle, which is...bad.
EDIT: If you actually use colouring, you should really pay attention to it. In your solution, a loop is completely surrounded by red - that's not supposed to happen, that's the whole point of colouring...
