Sorry Dizzy, I had to remove the puzzle from your post as it's still on the leaderboard! There's a thread started by Jankonyex about the puzzle, so feel free to repost your question in that if you do manage to solve it, or wait until next Friday when the thread will become open to the public if you're still stuck on it...

Oh, I am really sorry about that. My apologies.

I guess I'd assumed that all the hardcore KTL fans would have already played this puzzle. And anyone not a hardcore fan wouldn't really care about "spoilers".

Dizzy: The next piece of advice I can give you is to start a new forum topic for each question. Give each topic a suitable subject line, ideally so that anybody who has a similar question in the future will be able to find it in the archives.

Keep on solving!

Thanks for the advice, Rootbeer.

It was only out of respect that I tried to limit my threads, so as not to pollute the forum with too much stuff dedicated to one user.

I see what you mean though.

I'm quite pleased with myself. I just did yesterday's "medium" in 6 minutes.

Probably sounds like an eternity to you guys, but considering these things always used to take me half an hour before, I'm making real progress.

I find myself thinking a lot less about spotting patterns, and my brain just goes on intuition based on experience. I'm almost wondering about abandoning the shading, too. I really relied on the shading for Nicoli Slitherlink puzzles (the big ones), but in thie game you can clearly see all the loop at one time.

W00t! You've been practicing, I see. Keep it up.

Six minutes is not a bad time. Check the leaderboard to see how other people did on that one, and you'll see plenty that took longer than you did. (Not that it's a race or anything....) You're not knocking on the door of Club 59 yet, but you will be someday.

Have fun getting there!

For someone who used to have difficulty finishing the easy puzzles, you've come a long way.

Keep it up!
