Was interesting ... I was pretty much stuck for obvious stuff with 1/3rd done - then a random trial trying to make progress leads me all the way to the end. Not what I expect from the average "very hard". Given my best ever time for any puzzle is over 4minutes - getting under 8 for a very hard seems like pure luck. |

Yes, there was definitely one very useful lucky-guess line in that puzzle. I'm going back over it now to figure it out properly! |

Probably we all guessed the line above the 3 at row 8, column 7? I can imagine that it is hard to take into account lucky guesses when evaluating a puzzle by a program.
In my opinion today's wrong is very hard. I think that today's times would have been much slower if the puzzles were switched. So, if you like to do a very hard puzzle, try the wrong version. |

both top and right of that 3 - I actually guessed both top and right of the 2 up-right diagonal of that 3, which is totally equivelent. |

The line to the right of that three is part of a diagonal 323 pattern, which shouldn't need guessing at... |

Oh well I didn't make any lucky guesses, so it took me 10 minutes to solve! Hmmm... got to improve my guessing skills. I probably could modify my puzzle creator so it looks for guesses that lead quickly to a solution, but then I don't know how it would classify such puzzles - "potentially very hard"?!?! |

I made the same guess and saw the solution at like 1 minute in to the puzzle... A few over-looked misclicks later and I had to restart because I had 3 lines around a 2... bleh... 5 mins on that puzzle where it should have taken 2.. |
