The name sounds familiar - I think I got a bounce email saying it couldn't deliver the message, which would be why it hasn't worked. Perhaps the email address was misspelt? Or the mailbox was full or something? |

He's back in! Did you do anything or did it just fix itself? The more I think about it the last time he tried it (the time it "worked") was on my mom's laptop, a different computer. Do you think that that is the reason that it hadn't been working? |
